Veterinarian Medical Zootechnician Doctor, graduated in the Facultad of Medicine and Zootechnic of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM)

Zootechnic specialist in dog and cats, and pioneer in teaching veterinary medicine and zo zootechnic in small animal practice.

Author of the Encyclopedia “The Dog World” treatise of canine zootechnical in five volumes, used as a reference textbook by the students and breeders.
Member of the Scientific and Standard Commition of the Federation Cynologique Internationale (FCI).

Dog Breeder of several breeds, German Shepperd, Great Dane, Rottweiler, Afgan hound and Doberman, since 1968.
Approved all breed judge by the Mexican Kennel Club (FCM) since 1970 up date.
International all breed judge FCM-FCI since 1975 up date, judging all around the world, All America, United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zeeland, Russia, etc.

President of the Mexican Kennel Club, and President of the FCI Americas and The Caribbean Section.
